2. What scenes were in the short story but were not in the film? Why do you think the director leave those parts out?
3. Symbolism is very important to this short story. Were there any symbols at all in the film version? If so, did the director choose the right ones?
4. The only character with lines is Prince Prospero. Is he what you think he looked like in the story?
5. If you wrote a film review on Rotten Tomatoes for this short film... what percentage would you give it? Does it do the short story justice? Based on what you know about Poe, would he have liked it?
